Refund policy

All pieces in The Archive are one-of-one vintage garments and are therefore final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, preference, or change of mind.

Please review the garment measurements, photographs, and condition description carefully before purchasing. Vintage pieces may show gentle signs of age and wear, which form part of their character. Any notable imperfections will be disclosed in the product description.

If you receive the wrong item, your order arrives damaged, or the piece materially differs from its description, please contact us at hello@houseofallaire.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and, when appropriate, arrange a return and refund at no cost to you.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
